NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026 NEW FAMILIES IS NOW OPEN. We would love to have your family join Discipleship Tutorial! Here are the steps:

Co-op (PreK through 5th Grade)

Co-op is full at this time. NOTE that the co-op is separate from tutorial and requires separate commitments from parents that include having to be present to help with co-op from 9:00-1:00 every Tuesday.

  1. Co-op registration is not open at this time.

Tutorial (5th through 12th Grade): New Students

  1. Read through the About pages on our website

  2. Come visit us on a Tuesday! You are welcome to email us to arrange to visit on a Tuesday to tour our classes and talk with administrators (NOTE: Tours are only available at 10:00 and 2:00 on Tuesdays, with openings on March 4, March 18 and March 25, please email to confirm in advance).

  3. Complete the New Student Application and Personal Essay (the Personal Essay can be typed or handwritten, and can be emailed back to us at info@discipleshiptutorial.com)

  4. Have three individuals who know the student well complete the Recommendation Form (you can send the recommenders this link and they can fill it out directly and submit the form). We would prefer at least one person who can speak to the student’s academic abilities and at least one person who can speak regarding the student’s character.

  5. Schedule a New Student Interview with us here.

  6. Look at our Class Schedule and course descriptions (available here).

  7. Complete the Course Registration Form to reserve your classes (available here).

    NOTE: You can complete this before you have finished the application or met with us to reserve your classes, contingent on admission. Tours and interviews will happen beginning in the fall. We will begin considering new students starting March 1.

  8. We will follow up with you to let you know if you are admitted, and send you a fee register and details on what to do next!

Tutorial: Returning Student

  1. Read through the About pages on our website

  2. Look at our Class Schedule and course descriptions (available here).

  3. Complete the Course Registration Form to reserve your classes (available in February).

  4. We will follow up with you with a fee register and details on what to do next!

Tutorial: New Siblings of Returning Students

  1. Read through the About pages on our website

  2. Complete the New Student Application and Personal Essay (the Personal Essay can be typed or handwritten, and can be emailed back to us at info@discipleshiptutorial.com).

  3. Look at our Class Schedule and course descriptions (available here).

  4. Complete the Course Registration Form to reserve your classes (available here). Siblings are allowed to register at the early returning student registration date.

  5. NOTE: Siblings generally do NOT have to have letters of recommendation or interviews, but we reserve the right to request them.

  6. We will follow up with you with a fee register and details on what to do next!
